Alborz Persian Restaurant offers many Daily Specials and Off-Menu Items, so be sure to ask your server when you come to visit. For example, the Ash Reshteh (pictured to the left) is an Iranian soup that we serve from our kitchen. Its main ingredients are: herbs, beans, lentil, noodles and turmeric. It also qualifies as a Vegetarian dish.
